Chris Farlowe & The Norman Beaker Band – Climax Blues Band – The Cinelli Brothers - Southbound - Mojo Preachers - The Putney Modern
With Chris Farlowe & The Norman Beaker Band headlining and five other very different impressive acts stepping on stage, this will undoubtedly be another great festival and a musical experience to savour! Chris Farlowe always seemed destined for great things as a singer....and based on the company he kept on-stage and the people he worked with in the mid-'60s, he did succeed, at least on that level. Born John Henry Deighton in Islington, North London, in 1940, he reached his early teens just as the skiffle boom was breaking in England, and was inspired by Lonnie Donegan to enter music. Along with Manfred Mann's Mike d'Abo and Paul Jones, Farlowe remains one of those voices from 1960s England that......hasn't faded and simply won't disappear Chris links up with Norman Beaker who has been at the forefront of the British Blues scene for over 4 decades playing with: Alexis Korner, Graham Bond, Jack Bruce, Tony Ashton, Paul Jones, Eric Burdon and many others. Norman was inducted into the Blues Hall of fame® in 2017 Designed and built with the highest attention to detail and featuring state of the art technical specifications, Under the Bridge is the ultimate space for live music and a venue that is proud of its reputation with musicians, audiences and clients No need to worry about searching for food and drinks on the day either, there will be a range of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, real ales available and a varied menu that should meet everyone's taste!
